Shipping policy

Our shipping policy:

We are now offering FREE Standard USPS First Class on all domestic orders within the 48 US contiguous states on orders of $150 or more.

Other Shipping methods are available for additional cost:

  • USPS Priority

Do you provide overnight or 2-day delivery?

Yes, you can select additional shipping options such as USPS Priority during checkout.

Is there a charge for shipping & handling?

  • Standard Shipping for in-stock items is FREE with orders of $150 or more. Expected arrival time within 4 -7 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail for in-stock items. Expected arrival time within 3-5 business days

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Currently, we are shipping the majority of the items within 1-2 days once they are received from the vendor. Special orders can take 2-4 weeks to arrive.

Please note that USPS will not guarantee arrival dates of packages. Therefore we are unable to guarantee the arrival time. If you need an item to arrive by a certain date, please consider overnight or 2-day delivery.

How long does it take to mail gift cards?

Gift cards can be sent electronically and are available to use immediately.

What if my items aren’t in stock?

We have a real-time inventory tracking system and are able to see what’s in-stock immediately. In the event that the item is not available, we will inform you via email and provide an estimated date of delivery as we get it from our vendors.

In-stock items will be processed and shipped out immediately. We will call prior to shipping if we have items on backorder. Once we confirm whether a customer prefers to wait, have a complete order or partial order sent, we will ship as agreed. At this time, items on backorder will be shipped, at no additional shipping cost using USPS First Class or USPS Parcel Post.  On order(s) that total $100 you will be notified via email if one or more items are going to be delayed beyond the original target date.

Can I pick up my order locally?

Va. Beach store - Yes, and we would love to see you; however, the Virginia Beach store is operating on minimal staffing, and we request that you set a time and date for pick-ups in advance.

Do you ship to international locations?

We do have a few customers that live international, and ship to APO or FPO addresses. Please note, that all international sales are FINAL, no returns or exchanges are allowed unless an error in shipping occurred.
